Very quiet. Lovely staff and a very nice buffet breakfast. Breakfast hours were very good. My room was very large and clean and had everything I needed. A very comfortable stay!

Loved this hotel . The breakfast and supper was excellent . Lighting in the bathroom was soft or bright . Beautiful room. 2 Pillows soft and firm , use to your liking. Staff is very professional and kind . A beautiful property close to the Cathedral beside a 6 floor mall . Loved our stay !

We have stayed here before, and will do again. We appreciate the great location to the old town, comfy rooms and safe parking. This Silken hotel has got it right with regard to group bookings - even though I booked three rooms for us and friends, we all paid individually for our rooms. Silken Hotel Vitoria please take note! This is how it should be!

Great hotel, all that you need for a city break. Only 10 minutes walk to the old town and just across the road from a huge department store. We where lucky enough to get free parking just outside the hotel as is was the weekend.

Excellent location close to shopping and old town. Huge comfortable bed .Excellent shower.Staff were friendly and helpful with local restaurants. Parking was secure

Good location, lovely good sized rooms, underground secure parking accessible by motorcycle as well. €10 per bay. Selection of cafes within a couple minutes walking.

The hotel is located very close to the historic urban center. The layout of the room is excellent. Parking is very convenient and reasonably priced.
